Advancing Quality Across APAC
As part of the inaugural Supersummit APAC, the Quality Assurance Master Workshop brings one of PSNI's most impactful professional development opportunities to the region.
Now that the PSNI Quality Assurance Certification has established a shared quality language across the Alliance, this Master-level workshop and certification focuses on the next step: turning knowledge into practice, process into habit, and standards into measurable, repeatable excellence.
Designed exclusively for CSPs committed to delivering consistent, high-quality project outcomes, this immersive workshop applies the AV9000-aligned PSNI Quality Management System in real-world project conditions. Through hands-on measurement, live commissioning exercises, peer collaboration, and guided implementation, participants will strengthen project delivery standards, exchange best practices, and build the confidence needed to lead quality at scale across global deployments.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to pursue PSNI Quality Assurance Certification while collaborating with peers from across the Asia Pacific region.

FAQ
Can I attend another track if I register for QA Master?
No. All Supersummit APAC tracks run concurrently. QA Master is a complete two-day experience and must be attended in full. QA Attendees will join all attendees for dedicated mainstage sessions. View the QA Schedule
Is this track available to PVPs?
No. The QA Master Workshop is exclusive to Certified Solution Providers who have completed the foundational certification. View the PVP Schedule.
Are there prerequisites for the QA Master Workshop?
Yes. Completion of the PSNI QA Foundational Certification and a passing exam score are required before attending. The Master Workshop builds directly on this baseline certification.
ADVANCED CERTIFICATION
Upon completion of your three-day workshop, take an exam onsite and earn the PSNI Quality Assurance Certification Master Certification.
Passing this evaluation grants a personal certification valid for three years —demonstrate your organization’s dedication to excellence.
