PSNI Global Alliance, the premier network of trusted AV and UCC technology integrators and manufacturers, proudly announced the recipients of its annual Quality Cup Awards during a special ceremony at InfoComm 2025. The awards celebrate excellence, innovation, and collaboration across the Alliance’s Preferred Vendor Partners (PVPs) worldwide recognizing those who go above and beyond to strengthen the power of partnership within the global AV ecosystem.

This year’s top honor, Partner of the Year, was awarded to Shure—marking its third consecutive win in the category. Voted on exclusively by PSNI’s Certified Solution Providers (CSPs), the award reflects Shure’s unwavering dedication to the Alliance, consistently high-quality support, and enduring commitment to trusted global partnership.

“Our Alliance thrives on collaboration, reliability, and shared values,” said Chris Miller, Executive Director of PSNI Global Alliance. “This year’s award recipients—whether longtime leaders or rising innovators—represent the best of what it means to be part of the PSNI community. Their contributions fuel the strength of our global network and help deliver exceptional results for customers around the world.”

In addition to Shure, six other vendors were recognized for exceptional performance and partnership across critical areas of the Alliance:

The PSNI Quality Cup Award winners are:

  • Partner of the Year – Shure
Recognizing unmatched dedication to the PSNI mission, this honor celebrates Shure’s third consecutive win—chosen by integrators for consistent excellence and leadership across all areas of partnership.
  • Rising Star Award – LEA Professional
Just one year into their PSNI partnership, LEA Professional is making waves with standout product performance, high-touch engagement, and technical excellence.
  • Quality Enforcer Award – Biamp
This year, Biamp has set the bar in product reliability, design, and customer satisfaction—building trust through every connection.
  • Best in Global Collaboration (New Category) – Yealink and Legrand AV (TIE)
This newly introduced award highlights exceptional cross-border cooperation. Both Yealink and Legrand AV demonstrated outstanding flexibility, logistics support, and communication in delivering global projects seamlessly.
  • Sustainability in Action Award (New Category) – Sony
Another newly introduced award, Sony was honored for meaningful progress in reducing environmental impact, with forward-thinking approaches to packaging, product design, and operational sustainability.
  • Growth Driver Award – NETGEAR AV
Based on internal metrics, NETGEAR AV claimed the highest year-over-year growth in the PSNI Preferred Vendor Program—demonstrating rapid momentum and growing influence across the network.

Unlike traditional awards programs, PSNI’s Quality Cup winners (with the exception of Growth Driver) are selected exclusively by the Alliance’s Certified Solution Providers, who experience the day-to-day impact of these partnerships in real-world deployments. There is no lobbying, no internal campaigning—only the voice of the PSNI integrator.

“These awards represent the real-world impact our vendors have on global success,” added Miller. “We’re proud to celebrate their achievements and the spirit of partnership that makes PSNI one of a kind.”

Now supporting clients in more than 250 locations across 65 countries, PSNI Global Alliance continues to grow its global footprint—driven by the dedication of its Certified Solution Providers and Preferred Vendor Partners.
