PSNI Global Alliance (“PSNI Global Alliance,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides this privacy notice to describe how we collect, use, share, and otherwise process the personal data of individuals who visit our website https://psni.org/ (“Site”) and use our application.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

User-Provided Information: We do not capture or store any personal information about individuals who access our site except where personal information is given voluntarily either via email, or by completing any form page(s) on our website.

Personal data is used solely for the purposes of the PSNI Global Alliance to do business and will not be disclosed to any outside organizations without express permission. Express permission may be asked for in the case of a business transaction whereby PSNI would hand off your information to a member company under the PSNI Global Alliance that is best suited to handle your needs.  This permission will be clearly visible to you at the time of request.

The data consists of company name, country, email address, first name, last name and phone number.

INFORMATION USE

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To improve the content of our site, notify our site visitors of updates and recognize our site visitors
  • To deliver information and services you request including membership benefits, subscription to our blog, and downloadable information requested by user
  • To advertise and market PSNI Global Alliance services and membership as well as its members services, including through mail and telephonic methods
  • To process applications including job postings, or member inquiries
  • To respond to your inquiries or contact you as you request
  • To comply with the law
  • As otherwise disclosed at the time personal data has been collected

  • Third party vendors who process data on behalf of PSNI Global Alliance including, web hosting providers who track and analyze our website performance and related analytics

RETENTION

We will process and store your personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of the storage, or as permitted by law.  The criteria used to determine the period of storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period or for certain marking data for our shows or other products, not to exceed four years from our last interaction with you.  After expiration of that period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, as long as it is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of a contract or the initiation of a contract.
