Our Global Service and Deployment Committee

Selected to advise The Alliance on its global business expansion, certification development, member engagement, and standardization, the committee is responsible for the growth of certification, testing, and training, as well as developing additional standards and improving engagement between CSPs. They are also tasked with standardizing integration, service, and support for clients globally, ensuring compliance with PSNI Service Certification requirements and testing, utilization of the PSNI global services member portal, reviewing and evaluating global standardized processes, and developing new engagement support services offered through The Alliance.

John Laughlin, President & CEO of Conference Technologies, Inc., has been an industry leader in AV/IT solutions architecture since 1997. He has built partnerships that have grown his company to 22 locations nationwide with clients throughout the world. John studied Economics at the University of Kansas and Washburn University. He is a member of YPO, National Systems Contractor Association, a board member for the Professional Systems Network International Global Alliance, is an AIA CES provider, and holds a CTS certification as an APEx AVIXA member. John resides in St. Louis with his wife Mary.

Jeremy is a seasoned leader in the commercial audiovisual industry, leveraging over two decades of experience to drive innovation in integrated media technology solutions. Initially starting his career in hands-on installation of enterprise-class network and audiovisual systems, he quickly ascended to designing and managing large-scale, technology-enabled facilities. His passion for quality and innovation has led him to successfully spearhead numerous complex projects across the globe, always with a keen eye for unique and effective solutions tailored to meet client needs.

In recent years, Jeremy has further honed his expertise by focusing on emerging technologies and strategic leadership, guiding cross-functional teams to exceed industry standards and client expectations. His work has left a lasting impact across various sectors, including higher education, corporate, healthcare, and hospitality, where he’s not only enhanced communication and production capabilities but also contributed to the transformation of digital landscapes. As a respected thought leader, Jeremy continues to push boundaries, ensuring his clients and teams are at the forefront of the audiovisual technology curve.

Jeff Davis

Jeff Davis, Chief Executive Officer, joined Avidex in July of 2018. Prior to joining Avidex, Jeff served as Chief Operating Officer for global AV integrator AVI-SPL, where he was responsible for providing overall direction and guidance with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability for the organization.

Jeff has held numerous executive roles at leading public, private, and P.E. backed companies including Stanley Black & Decker and Tyco/ADT.

Jeff specializes in post-acquisition integrations, growth strategies, and overall business transformation.

Bill Fons

Bill Fons, President of PTG (Promotion Technology Group), is an industry veteran with 30+ years of experience in the AV Industry. Bill has manufacturing experience and has held various senior management positions at Crestron, PLANAR, HARMAN, Electrosonic, and others. In addition to the roughly 15 years experience in manufacturing, Bill has spent the balance of his career owning/operating audio visual firms and various AV support organizations. Bill is a contributor to Commercial Integrator Magazine through his Morning Toast AV Podcast, a member of the National Systems Contractor Association, and has served on the AVIXA LSC board. Bill has a Broadcast Arts Degree from the Specs Howard School and lives in Michigan with his wife Jennifer.

Robert Lingley

Robert Lingley began his career straight out of university with a degree in Business, working for a videoconferencing specialist, and co-founded Candeo Vision in the UK in 2006 as a full-service audio-visual integrator, with particular specialities in unified communications and large format visualisation.

 
Robert has over 20 years of experience in the corporate audio visual and communications arena, and focuses primarily on the strategic growth of the organisation, with a particular focus on international implementations.

 
He believes that personal relationships are what makes a project successful – equally amongst his team and with the client. Regardless of the size and scope of the project, the key is understanding and effectively communicating the narrative of how a person will utilise and benefit through the adoption of leading technology solutions.

 

George Boboc

George Boboc is a passionate entrepreneur and consultant, with first class business skills, a successful management track record and degrees in MBA and MSc HR.

Guided by the “Making a difference” motto, he is always searching for new ways to sustain creativity at its highest levels, and he is able to push performance improvement and growth whilst ensuring that clear objectives and expectations are delivered and maintained.

Since 2002, George Boboc is Managing Director of GBC®, the Romanian industry leader in integrated professional audio-video solutions dedicated to communication, collaboration, information, education, and training for many industries, from the public sector, banking, corporate or education, up to hospitality, health, places of worship and tourism.

Apart from his role with GBC®, George Boboc is a business consultant covering different industries and solutions, from business globalization strategies to people management. He helped design business processes and improved companies’ overall performance by providing unique approaches through innovation, creativity, and strategic thinking.

Sanjeev Srinivasan

Sanjeev Srinivasan has been delivering companies with design and quality Audio Visual solutions with over 28 years of experience. He commenced his career as a medical field sales executive post-college. Driven by a passion for technology, he transitioned to the audio-visual (AV) industry, excelling in sales of cutting-edge projectors. In the early 2000s, he started working in AV integration sales in India, adeptly navigating roles in sales, project management, CAD drafting, and programming. In 2008, he co-founded Resurgent AV Integrators, where his visionary leadership propelled the company to prominence. Sanjeev has a penchant for an eye for detail from which he and his team constantly strives to provide robust Integrated solutions while continuously improving on efficiency. As Chairman, Sanjeev’s innovative approach and commitment to excellence solidified Resurgent’s position as an industry trailblazer where he worked on multifaceted projects ranging from Corporate, Healthcare, Education, and Hospitality clients.

Chris Miller

An industry veteran of more than 35 years, Chris Miller has photographed, directed and produced commercials, documentaries, primetime television shows, and music videos in addition to owning and operating video production and audiovisual integration companies. Miller served as Chief Executive Officer of Fairview-AFX until the company was acquired in 1999 by MCSi, a publicly traded company. He was Chief Executive Officer of the MCSi South Central region until 2003. Miller held the position of President of ICIA (InfoComm) and President of the ICIF (InfoComm Foundation) in addition to volunteer work on numerous InfoComm committees. Miller also served as President of Professional Systems Network International (PSNI), a network of nationwide audio and video integrators. Miller has been the Executive Director of PSNI since 2003.

Tom Roberts

DIRECTOR OF VENDOR PROGRAMS

Tom Roberts is responsible for the execution and management of the PSNI Preferred Vendor Program. Under his guidance, the program has become a major contributor to the growth of the overall PSNI value proposition for both the affiliates of PSNI and the vendors who support the program. Prior to joining PSNI, Roberts was the President of the South-Central region for MSCI. Previously, he was co-owner and the President of Fairview-AFX, Inc., a nationally recognized systems integration company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with offices in Oklahoma City, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, and Little Rock. Over his 40-plus years in the industry, Roberts has participated in an advisory capacity to numerous associations and manufactures and has been active in a number of key industry trade associations, including AIA, IEEE, InfoComm, ITVA, NAB, PBS, SBE and SMPTE.

Diego José Pérez has has over 30 years of experience designing and implementing corporate video conferencing networks and services on Microsoft platforms at the top companies and with the most important players in the market.  Since 2016, Diego has served as LATAM General Manager for Newtech Solutions Multimedia SA, a unified communications multimedia technology company. Diego has experience in leadership, planning, marketing and sales with excellent skills in negotiation, management control, strategies and people skills.

Eric Snider, the current Chief Technology Officer at CTI, brings over 35 years of experience in the AV industry. His expertise spans a wide range, from professional concert and theater productions to the design and programming of groundbreaking projects for some of the world’s leading Fortune 50 companies across the globe.

With a deep commitment to continuous learning, Eric holds over 52 of the industry’s top certifications, demonstrating his dedication to staying at the forefront of technological advancements.

In addition to his role at CTI, Eric proudly serves as a member of the PSNI PVP Global Committee. Collaborating with his global teammates, he actively contributes to strengthening the PSNI community and its collective impact.
