Our Global Service and Deployment Committee

Selected to advise The Alliance on its global business expansion, certification development, member engagement, and standardization, the committee is responsible for the growth of certification, testing, and training, as well as developing additional standards and improving engagement between CSPs. They are also tasked with standardizing integration, service, and support for clients globally, ensuring compliance with PSNI Service Certification requirements and testing, utilization of the PSNI global services member portal, reviewing and evaluating global standardized processes, and developing new engagement support services offered through The Alliance.

Initially starting his career in hands-on installation of enterprise-class network and audiovisual systems, he quickly ascended to designing and managing large-scale, technology-enabled facilities. His passion for quality and innovation has led him to successfully spearhead numerous complex projects across the globe, always with a keen eye for unique and effective solutions tailored to meet client needs.

In recent years, Jeremy has further honed his expertise by focusing on emerging technologies and strategic leadership, guiding cross-functional teams to exceed industry standards and client expectations. His work has left a lasting impact across various sectors, including higher education, corporate, healthcare, and hospitality, where he’s not only enhanced communication and production capabilities but also contributed to the transformation of digital landscapes. As a respected thought leader, Jeremy continues to push boundaries, ensuring his clients and teams are at the forefront of the audiovisual technology curve.

Jeff Davis

Jeff Davis is a proven CEO and board director with more than 20 years of experience leading technology-enabled services, AV and collaboration integration, and security solutions companies through transformation, scale, and value creation. He is recognized for guiding organizations through operational turnarounds, M&A integration, commercial optimization, and platform growth across public, private, and private equity–backed environments.

Jeff currently serves on three boards in the technology integration and services sectors, where he advises on strategy development, operational scaling, go-to-market transformation, leadership succession, and value-creation planning. His board work includes partnering with management teams and investors to enhance strategic clarity, strengthen operating cadence, and position companies for accelerated growth or a successful exit.

As CEO of Avidex, Jeff leads one of the industry’s top audiovisual and collaboration solutions providers, where he has driven significant EBITDA expansion, modernized operations, improved delivery performance, and built a scalable platform for growth. His leadership has included transforming commercial execution, enhancing customer experience, strengthening organizational accountability, and preparing the business for long-term strategic outcomes.

Bill Chamberlin

Responsible for the strategy and execution of Verrex sales and marketing initiatives worldwide. Lead the Verrex Integration Sales, Global Managed Services Sales, Pre-Sales Design Engineering, Bid Team, Business Development, Marketing, Administration teams. Established Verrex’s enterprise sales approach and account growth strategies that expanded Verrex market leadership into critical new regions and offerings. Developed ongoing training initiatives for sales processes and efficiencies. Managed the strategies behind several of Verrex’s largest global projects and managed services contracts. As part of Verrex’s senior leadership team, help set the overall strategy for global AV systems integration and service.

Megan Stasio

Megan Stasio, serves as Vice President of Operations for Data Projections, where she provides strategic oversight of Operations, Human Resources, and Administrative functions, ensuring alignment between people, process, and organizational goals.

Known for cultivating a culture rooted in accountability and transparency, Megan is deeply committed to employee engagement and organizational trust. She champions clear communication, thoughtful governance, and inclusive leadership, believing that engaged teams are the cornerstone of sustainable success. Her passion for people, paired with operational rigor, has helped the organization grow and adapt while maintaining its core values.

As Treasurer and Secretary of the PSNI Global Alliance Board, Megan brings a steady, detail-oriented perspective and a collaborative mindset. She is dedicated to strengthening governance, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and supporting the Alliance’s unified commitment to quality across the globe!

John Laughlin

John Laughlin, President & CEO of Conference Technologies, Inc., has been an industry leader in AV/IT solutions architecture since 1997. He has built partnerships that have grown his company to 22 locations nationwide with clients throughout the world. John studied Economics at the University of Kansas and Washburn University. He is a member of YPO, National Systems Contractor Association, a board member for the Professional Systems Network International Global Alliance, is an AIA CES provider, and holds a CTS certification as an APEx AVIXA member. John resides in St. Louis with his wife Mary.

Samantha Haun

Samantha Haun is a dynamic leader in the commercial audiovisual industry, bringing an educational background in business administration and business technology to her role as President and majority owner of Presentation Concepts Corporation (PCC). She began her career with PCC nearly 10 years ago in the sales department, where she combined a successful sales background with technical training and entrepreneurial drive to quickly distinguish herself within the organization.

In 2021, Samantha leveraged her business acumen and management expertise to purchase the business and assume the role of President and Owner of PCC. Since then, she has led the company through substantial business and technical growth, guiding PCC’s strategic direction while strengthening its capabilities in an evolving AV landscape. Her leadership style emphasizes thoughtful decision-making, leading by example, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Samantha believes the foundation of success lies in fostering close, trust-based relationships with customers by truly listening to their needs and communicating effectively; maintaining open and honest partnerships with AV industry manufacturers; and cultivating a strong company culture where team members feel like family where they are valued, heard, and rewarded for their contributions. Through this people-first and results-driven approach, she continues to position PCC for long-term success while advancing standards across the audiovisual industry.

Chris Miller

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

An industry veteran of more than 35 years, Chris Miller has photographed, directed and produced commercials, documentaries, primetime television shows, and music videos in addition to owning and operating video production and audiovisual integration companies. Miller served as Chief Executive Officer of Fairview-AFX until the company was acquired in 1999 by MCSi, a publicly traded company. He was Chief Executive Officer of the MCSi South Central region until 2003. Miller held the position of President of ICIA (InfoComm) and President of the ICIF (InfoComm Foundation) in addition to volunteer work on numerous InfoComm committees. Miller also served as President of Professional Systems Network International (PSNI), a network of nationwide audio and video integrators. Miller has been the Executive Director of PSNI since 2003.

Tom Roberts

DIRECTOR OF VENDOR PROGRAMS

PSNI Global Alliance

Tom Roberts is responsible for the execution and management of the PSNI Preferred Vendor Program. Under his guidance, the program has become a major contributor to the growth of the overall PSNI value proposition for both the affiliates of PSNI and the vendors who support the program. Prior to joining PSNI, Roberts was the President of the South-Central region for MSCI. Previously, he was co-owner and the President of Fairview-AFX, Inc., a nationally recognized systems integration company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with offices in Oklahoma City, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, and Little Rock. Over his 40-plus years in the industry, Roberts has participated in an advisory capacity to numerous associations and manufactures and has been active in a number of key industry trade associations, including AIA, IEEE, InfoComm, ITVA, NAB, PBS, SBE and SMPTE.

Diego José Pérez has has over 30 years of experience designing and implementing corporate video conferencing networks and services on Microsoft platforms at the top companies and with the most important players in the market.  Since 2016, Diego has served as LATAM General Manager for Newtech Solutions Multimedia SA, a unified communications multimedia technology company. Diego has experience in leadership, planning, marketing and sales with excellent skills in negotiation, management control, strategies and people skills.

Eric Snider, the current Chief Technology Officer at CTI, brings over 35 years of experience in the AV industry. His expertise spans a wide range, from professional concert and theater productions to the design and programming of groundbreaking projects for some of the world’s leading Fortune 50 companies across the globe.

With a deep commitment to continuous learning, Eric holds over 52 of the industry’s top certifications, demonstrating his dedication to staying at the forefront of technological advancements.

In addition to his role at CTI, Eric proudly serves as a member of the PSNI PVP Global Committee. Collaborating with his global teammates, he actively contributes to strengthening the PSNI community and its collective impact.
