PSNI Global Alliance proudly announced the recipients of its 2026 Quality Cup Awards during its annual PSNI Breakfast at InfoComm 2026, recognizing Preferred Vendor Partners (PVPs) whose commitment to innovation, collaboration, quality, service, and partnership continues to strengthen the global Alliance.

Unique among industry awards, the Quality Cup Awards are determined by the people who work alongside these manufacturers every day. Winners are selected through voting by PSNI Certified Solution Providers (CSPs) from around the world, making each recognition a direct reflection of the experiences, relationships, and value these partners deliver across the global network.

The 2026 Quality Cup Award recipients are:

  • Tommy Roberts Vendor Partner of the Year: Shure
  • Rising Star Award: Visionary
  • Future-Ready Award: Netgear AV
  • Quality Award: Lightware
  • Best in Global Collaboration: Shure and Biamp
  • Service First Award: Biamp
  • Sustainability in Action Award: Sony

This year’s highest honor carried special significance with the introduction of the Tommy Roberts Vendor Partner of the Year Award, renamed to recognize the lasting contributions of Tom Roberts, PSNI’s former Director of Vendor Programs.

Throughout his tenure, Roberts played a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening PSNI’s Preferred Vendor Partner program, helping cultivate the collaborative relationships that have become a hallmark of the Alliance. His dedication to building meaningful partnerships between CSPs and manufacturers helped establish a culture where mutual success, trust, and long-term commitment remain central to the organization’s mission.

Presented annually, the Tommy Roberts Vendor Partner of the Year Award recognizes the Preferred Vendor Partner that consistently demonstrates exceptional engagement, innovation, collaboration, and unwavering support for the PSNI network.

This inaugural presentation of the renamed award was received by Shure, whose longstanding commitment to the Alliance has made the company a trusted partner for CSPs across the globe. In addition to earning the Alliance’s highest vendor recognition, Shure was also honored with the Best in Global Collaboration Award, recognizing its ability to support seamless international project delivery through exceptional communication, flexibility, and partnership.

“The Quality Cup Awards represent something truly special because they come directly from the voices of our CSP community,” said Chris Miller, Executive Director of PSNI Global Alliance. “Every day, our CSPs work alongside these manufacturers to deliver exceptional experiences for customers around the world. Their votes recognize the partners who consistently go above and beyond—not only through innovative products, but through the relationships, responsiveness, and collaboration that define true partnership. Congratulations to all of this year’s winners, and especially to Shure as the inaugural recipient of the Tommy Roberts Vendor Partner of the Year Award.”

Beyond recognizing individual excellence, the Quality Cup Awards celebrate the collaborative spirit that drives the PSNI Global Alliance. Together, CSPs and Preferred Vendor Partners continue to advance the AV industry through shared expertise, trusted relationships, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality experiences for customers around the world.
