New Certified Solution Providers add licensed PSNI offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Shanghai
PSNI Global Alliance, the world’s largest network of premier technology integrators and service providers, today announced the addition of two new Certified Solution Providers (CSPs) to its global community: Vivik Tech, with licensed offices in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, and Pro-Lead IT, headquartered in Shanghai.
The additions further strengthen PSNI’s presence across Greater China, adding local expertise in three major business centers and expanding the resources available to Alliance customers throughout the region.
Vivik Tech brings a history in telecommunications and collaboration technology dating back to 1993. Today, the company delivers audiovisual and unified communications solutions across APAC, with capabilities spanning system design, integration and installation, maintenance, managed services and event support.
With experience supporting collaboration environments for multinational organizations across multiple Asian markets, Vivik Tech brings both local market knowledge and broader regional experience to the PSNI network.

Also joining PSNI as a Certified Solution Provider is Pro-Lead IT. Founded in Shanghai in 2017, the company specializes in AI computing infrastructure and integrated technology solutions for office, healthcare and education environments.
Pro-Lead IT’s capabilities span intelligent security, low-voltage system integration, audiovisual integration, project implementation and full-lifecycle technical support. Its combination of AV, IT and emerging technology expertise reflects the increasingly connected technology environments organizations are navigating today.

The additions of Vivik Tech and Pro-Lead IT build on continued momentum for PSNI across Asia Pacific. Earlier this month, the Alliance hosted its inaugural Supersummit APAC in Bangkok, Thailand, bringing together 180 attendees representing 32 countries for three days of education, collaboration and relationship-building. The regional event, together with continued expansion of PSNI’s Certified Solution Provider network, reflects the Alliance’s investment in strengthening both local capability and the relationships that connect those local teams globally.
As PSNI celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2026, the Alliance continues to expand its global community with a focus on establishing qualified local expertise in the major markets where its customers do business.
