Grunge bands aren’t the only things that get their start in garages—sometimes audiovisual integration firms do, too. Such was the case for Level 3 Audiovisual, an Arizona-based PSNI affiliate. Today Level 3 AV operates two offices with walls and doors and desks, but their first office was the trunk of a 1982 Dodge Omni.

The company was first formed in 1996 in response to a growing demand for presentation technology in the corporate and healthcare sectors. Today, Level 3 AV is a global AV and technology company specializing in the design, consultation, integration, and installation of professional audiovisual and IT systems. Since joining the PSNI Global Alliance a year and a half ago, Level 3 AV has delivered these services on a global scale, partnering with other PSNI affiliates including Resurgent, 3P Technologies, and Astro Serve.

Level 3 AV Blends AV Expertise and Industry-Best System Testing for Superior Results

In addition to providing superior design and integration services, Level 3 AV also places a strong emphasis on training and standardized delivery of AV services across every project in any location. The company holds 22 CTS certifications, 7 CTS-D certifications, and 5 CTS-I certifications. The company also recently acquired Audio Visual Resources, Inc. of Mineola, N.Y., an industry leader in system testing and verification. With the combination of Level 3 AV’s client experience and integration expertise and AVR’s ability to deliver projects with zero defects, the company hopes to redefine how AV systems are delivered.

Level 3 AV brings this comprehensive expertise to bear across multiple industries, including corporate, higher education, government, hospitality, and broadcast. Level 3 AV also delivers AV integration and healthcare simulation through their healthcare industry arm, Level 3 Healthcare.

Some of Level 3 AV’s recent projects include:

  • 250 collaboration rooms for Global Semiconductor manufacturer in Hyderabad, India
  • A single, integrated system for the nine-story Health Sciences Innovation Building at the University of Arizona, including 17 classrooms, a performing arts center and a healthcare simulation venue
  • The modernization of the Renaissance Square corporate lobby in Phoenix, Ariz., including digital signage and a custom video wall
  • Brand New Healthcare Simulation Center for prominent university in Texas

PSNI Affiliates Offer Global Service for Global Clients

According to Jeremy Elsesser, President of Level 3 AV, the company’s commitment to AV delivery based on training and standards will become even more important as the industry works to support more global clients.

“As AV continues to blend and merge with IT, we will see an ever-expanding need to assist clients in bringing together and merging a myriad of applications into a single platform or solution,” Jeremy said. “There is also a growing need to assist clients with large global and enterprise technology deployments.”
